Blinkenlights
Okay so this is quite an old project but what a lovely one.

Blinkenlights was a large abstract interactive computer display. The lights of each window could be animated with the program “Blinkenpaint”. Everybody could send ones selfdeveoped creations to the editorship. Additionally standing infront of the house with a mobilephone one could play Pong on the cladding and call up a prepared animation to let run ones own love letters.

With a matrix of 20 x 26 windows (resulting in 520 directly addressable pixels) and a size of 3370m2, the Arcade installation was an enormous piece of work that was shown in late 2002 in Paris
