The Dutch had or have a severe problem with people peeing in public. When I lived in Rotterdam, I found that system quite amazing. They are lit at night, and have an underground cleansing system. The only thing I am wondering is: What else could we develop to be disguised in the ground and pop up on demand, or at a certain time?
